  • Wow, there really seems to be a lot of pent up rage here again. I'd be surprised if more than just a few heads have not exploded in front of a few computers over this issue. Feigned outrage and genuine hate is a volatile mixture. But I must admit, it makes for some entertaining reading.

  • The Canadians refused to pump it over their own soil because of the same environmental concerns we have here. The oil companies sold it to out politicos as a job creating package. How far to their own coast to their own refineries? There are refineries in the Dakotas that could be used too.
